Morphology

wrathfully = wrathful (transparent) = wrath + ful + ly

Standard adjective-to-adverb formation: 'wrathful' + '-ly' yields an adverb whose meaning is predictable from the adjective.

Etymology

Wrathfully comes from wrath ('very strong anger') plus the parts -ful ('full of') and -ly ('in this way'). So, to act wrathfully is to do something as if you are 'full of' strong anger, like glaring or slamming a door.
