The adjective is formed regularly from photolithography, but the term is highly technical, so its meaning is only partly transparent to an average learner.
Etymology
Photolithographic is made of three parts: photo- meaning 'light', as in photograph, litho- meaning 'stone', as in lithograph, and graphic meaning 'writing' or 'drawing'. That's why photolithographic means using 'light' to 'write' or make very small patterns, like the tiny circuits on microchips.
