Morphology

undisplaced = displaced (transparent) = un + dis + place + ed

The prefix 'un-' straightforwardly negates 'displaced', giving the meaning 'not displaced'.

Etymology

Undisplaced is made of un- ('not') and displace ('move from a place'), and you can spot the familiar word place inside it. So undisplaced means 'not moved from its original position', which is why doctors call a bone or object undisplaced when it stayed in place after injury.
