The word 'unfaithfulness' is transparently derived from 'unfaithful' by adding the suffix '-ness' to indicate a state or quality.
Etymology
Unfaithfulness is made of un- meaning 'not', faith meaning 'trust', and -ness which makes a 'state'. That's why unfaithfulness means the 'state' of not being loyal or showing trust, for example in a relationship.
