Etymology
Uncannily comes from un- 'not' plus canny, which once meant 'knowing' or 'careful' and is related to the simple word can 'to know' or 'be able'. At first it meant 'not known' or beyond usual knowledge. So uncannily means 'in a strange or surprising way' and often makes you feel uneasy.
