Morphology
unbagged = bagged (semi-transparent) = un + bag + ed
The formation is regular: 'un-' + past-participle/adjective 'bagged' produces a straightforward negation of that state.
Etymology
Unbagged is made of un- ('not') and bag ('to put in a bag'). Hunters used to say they 'bagged' an animal when they caught it, so an unbagged animal is still 'free' or at large.
