Etymology
Tottie is modern British slang and we do not know exactly where it comes from, but a helpful way to remember it is to think of tot plus the friendly ending -ie, where tot means 'small' or 'child' and -ie is the same ending as in doggie or selfie. So tottie came to mean a woman seen as 'cute' or 'attractive', and it is often used in a disrespectful or objectifying way.
