Etymology
Pansinusitis comes from the Greek prefix pan- meaning 'all', the medical word sinus meaning 'air space near the nose', and the suffix -itis meaning 'inflammation', like in tonsillitis. So pansinusitis means that all the sinuses around the nose are inflamed at the same time.
