The relation to 'naturopathy' is clear (practitioner of that system), but the combining forms 'naturo-' and '-path' are technical and may not be transparently interpreted by B1 learners.
Etymology
The word naturopath is made from nature ('nature') and the part -path ('one who treats'). So a naturopath is someone who treats people with natural remedies and helps the body's own healing.
