The word is built on the medical base 'hidrosis', but that base and the classical morphemes are unlikely to be known or productively decomposed by an average B1 learner.
Etymology
Hyperhidrosis breaks into hyper- meaning 'over' or 'too much', as in hyperactive, and hidrosis meaning 'sweat'. So it literally means 'too much sweat', which is why the word describes this medical problem.
