Morphology

exportable = export (transparent) = export + able

Same productive suffixation as in general use; in IT it means 'able to be exported (from a system)', which follows normal -able derivation.

Etymology

The word exportable comes from the parts ex- ('out') and port ('carry'), the same root you see in portable and transport. So, when a file, report, or chart is exportable, it can be 'carried out' of one program into another format or system.
