Although morphologically analyzable as 'angio-' + 'fibroma', the combining forms are specialized medical morphemes and not readily meaningful to general learners.

Etymology

Angiofibroma breaks into angio- meaning 'vessel' and fibroma from 'fiber' plus -oma meaning 'tumor'. So a skin angiofibroma is a small, usually non-cancerous bump of many tiny blood vessels and fiber-like tissue, which is why it often looks red.
